12:30pm Reflection time: sit-spot, nature yoga, read-aloud, crafting
12:45pm Hike: head back and include adventurous stops along the way
3:00pm Closing circle: an opportunity to reflect and share about our day’s experiences
3:15pm Arrive back at pick up location
Registration for this schedule starts on 02/17/2025 and ends on 06/22/2025
Participants must be 5 years and 11 months to 10 years old when the program starts.
Welcome to Wilderness Wizards & Wonders — a magical summer adventure where kids ages 6-10 can step into the world of nature and explore their inner wizard! This enchanting camp combines the beauty of the natural environment with the excitement of hands-on creativity, all while learning the wonders of the wild.
At Wilderness Wizards & Wonders, campers will embark on a journey to discover the hidden secrets of the forest, caves, and creeks. From creating their own natural pigment paints from berries, minerals, and plants, to crafting personalized wands from branches and twigs, every day will be filled with magical moments. Our nature-based activities will spark imagination, foster creativity, and teach environmental appreciation.
